RENTAL RETURN PROCEDURE

If you need to return a rental instrument and discontinue your payments, it's easy!

All you have to do is bring the instrument into First Note Music and we'll write up all the paperwork. It normally takes 5-8 minutes to return an instrument if you are not behind on payments.

If you are behind on payments, we can contact customer service while you are in-store. Cash, check or credit cards are accepted for payments.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR INSTRUMENT AT SCHOOL!!

If you do not contact us to retrieve your instrument at your child's school, you are still responsible for payments missed. Until your rental instrument enters our store, you retain all responsibility.
